Dr. Klein exclusively uses electronic prescriptions. To ensure that there is no interruption in medications, be sure and ask for any refills at the time of your appointment. Please provide the office with current information on your pharmacy. Refills will not be phoned in, all prescriptions are transmitted to the pharmacy at the time of your appointment.
