PreOP visit
I didn’t see the Dr., his nurse or technician provided the exam… only in America can you substitute a Dr. for an apprentice.
The location is in a residential building that’s decrepit, and if your early your made to wait outside!
My appt. Was for 9am, I showed up 15 mins. Early, the staff arrived at 9am and my appointment got pushed to 9:30am… well done Doc!

My experience with Dr. Klein on an individual basis was good; however I had a disturbing and distressing misogynistic encounter with a member of his staff named Jonathan. Dr. Klein did his best to address my concerns and afforded me the opportunity to work with a different technician.

My experience with East Side Medical was awesome. The receptionist, the nurses and Dr Klein were all very friendly , helpful and supportive. I loved my experience. I would certainly recommend this practice to everyone.
