Very professional service. The blood drawn for testing, was painless, and done gently. Wait time was hardly 5 minutes. All in all the team were efficient and couterous. Awesome experience.

I have waited more than 2 hours in the waiting room before I can see the Doctor. This is not ER or a hospital but a doctor’s office. A lot of patients were complaining about this. I truly believe Dr. Klein should take this criticism seriously.
The attendants, however, were very professional, gracious and quick.

I waited about 20 minutes before being called and escorted to the treatment room. Then I waited 15 more minutes before seeing Dr. Klein. Meanwhile the attendant checked my vitals. When Dr. Klein finally appeared he was cordial. He checked my chest and back thoroughly as I had been suffering from repeated hacking cough, sneezing attacks, ticklish throat, and inability to clear my throat. I continue to have these same symptoms. He did nothing to help alleviate these symptoms.
I am waiting to find out if I have an UTI.
He did nothing to help me receive occupational and physical therapy for having fallen and becoming unconscious. After hospitalization I walk with the aid of a cane. The same day as my appointment with Dr. Klein my cane got stuck in the elevator at a subway station, broke it in half, and mangled both halves. Slime ball, useless, Fu€k!ng insurance won’t pay for a new cane. Nope

Dr. Klein answered all of my questions. He checked thoroughly for pneumonia which it was a relief to find out I don’t have.
